He has championed agile transformations for large Canadian corporations including Enbridge Gas and Innovapost, as well as for Darkmatter LLC in the UAE. Farouq is an advocate of efficient change management, and uses his SAFe and Lean-Agile experience to implement agile at scale and build high-performing teams. He offers coaching, mentoring, training, and advisory services to teams, scrum masters, business stakeholders, and agile leadership. Farouq believes in test-driven development and efficient continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines with a DevOps culture.
