ACCELERATE is a free 6-week Coaching and Mentoring Initiative where prospective mentees are matched and paired with established and successful Mentors and Coaches, selected from our pool of mentors and Coaches to help define, refine and realign the Mentees’ career goals and professional development objectives.
The most talked about, award winning ACCELERATE program from H.O.P.S provides mentees who are admitted into the program with the platform, community and more importantly the guidance and support they need to accelerate their careers. Whether you are trying to transition into a new career, decide on what exam to take or generally grow under the mentorship of an accomplished Coach or Mentor, we will give you wings to fly by sharing their experiences, there mistakes and strategies and how you can benefit from their wealth of knowledge and experience. The Mentors and Coaches provide guidance, advice, and resources that will support your personal and professional growth and development.
We adopted a 5-stage process for admitting Mentees into the Accelerate Program.

Application is welcome from anyone who is interested in Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Agile/Scrum, Entrepreneurship, Banking and Finance

A team is set up to review and evaluate all applications and shortlist applications based on the information provided and a number of factors that the review/evaluation team would use. Please note that the team’s decision is final

The shortlisted applications will be matched with applicable Mentors and the two parties will be informed. The shortlisted mentees would need to either accept or decline.

The mentoring relationship would commence, where the mentor and mentee would agree on objectives and cadence.

At the end of the mentoring period, we assess and measure the impact of the mentoring and obtain feedback both from the mentor and mentee.
